FIVE DISCIPLINES "5D"

To establish, develop and live our quality system we run "Five disciplines" or "Five DS" in our daily work.

The 5D method, named for the first letter of the name that designates each of its five stages in Japanese is a technique of Japanese management based on five simple principles. Originated in Toyota in 1960 with the aim of achieving a workplace better organized, more orderly and cleaner permanently to achieve higher productivity and a better working environment. The 5D have been widely available and several organizations use it, such as industrial enterprises, service companies, hospitals, schools or associations.
